Our company was founded in 1992 and has been family-owned ever since. Since our establishment, we have been involved in various activities. We started with the assembly of carbon fiber fishing rods. Later, we represented an international fishing tackle manufacturer in Hungary and also supplied fishing products to hypermarkets.

Although our range of activities has changed over the years, fishing line winding and packaging have always remained a constant part of our operations and represent our core business to this day.

Several trademarks and utility models are associated with our company. One of our most notable innovations is the durability-enhancing fishing line packaging. In this process, the fishing line is placed in a plastic tray and sealed with a metal can lid using a crimping machine. This method significantly increases the product’s shelf life and preserves its quality.

Another innovation is our paper spool fishing line, which we have exported to numerous countries. This product is considered a unique and groundbreaking initiative in the fishing tackle industry, thanks to its environmentally friendly design and practical usability.

Products

Our company uniquely spools fishing line exclusively onto paper spools. These spools are made from printed, laminated, multi-layered cardboard and an adhesive reel attached to it.

The paper spool we use is a cylinder made from recycled paper, covered on both sides with corrugated cardboard, which is also made from recycled materials. There is no need for additional boxing or label, as the product can be hung up. The paper spool is flexible, does not break, and the paper core only deforms as much as necessary to keep the line tight without damaging the spool or itself.

Since we use multiple types of spools for the same cardboard template, we can increase the spool capacity, allowing our products to store up to 600 meters of line, depending on the line diameter. Paper can be recycled multiple times. The finished products are sold in 5 or 10-piece paper collection boxes.

The practical advantages of using a plastic spool are not present when compared to a paper spool, and the only difference is aesthetic. However, there are significant differences in terms of energy requirements during production and recycling, particularly at the beginning and end of their life cycle, tipping the balance in favor of the paper spool.
In terms of execution, the product can either come with our own brand, using the high-quality and reliable German-made fishing line we recommend, or as an OEM product with the customer’s chosen graphic design and brand. The only requirement is a minimum order of 3,000 pieces per order, which aligns with the printing and gluing technology.
